Pay: $16.50 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Check portals for approved/denied pre-authorizations
- Verify insurance details and manage pre-authorizations
- Provide excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience with pre-authorizations, insurance verification, and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
