Job Description
The Food and Beverage supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food, beverage, and bar operations. This includes supervising concessions, catering, and bar service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability. The supervisor will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. In addition to leading the food and beverage team, the role includes managing inventory, developing menus, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and providing bar services aligned with family-friendly policies.
