Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will serve as the lead for two critical practice areas-Insurance and Labor/Employment Law. This role involves substantial responsibilities in proposal writing, RFP responses, and developing compelling pitches for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, be proficient with technology, and have the analytical skills needed to ask the right questions to create high-quality, error-free work.
You'll collaborate closely with practice group leaders, attorneys, and administrative teams to ensure all business development projects align with client needs and firm goals.
