The ideal candidate will perform maintenance and repair on helicopter blades, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with mechanical tools and equipment.ResponsibilitiesRepair helicopter blades with precision and attention to detail.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.Complete sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance tasks.Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with blueprint reading and mechanical repair.Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment.Strong quality control and maintenance technician skills.Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently.Self-starter with a willingness to learn.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-year technical degree desired.Interest, experience, and training in aviation.Drafting and blueprint interpretation skills.Why Work Here?Join a team that values dedication, precision, and continuous learning.
