**Sandblaster/Painter**

**SCOPE and PURPOSE**

The basic function of this position is to sandblast and paint equipment, pipe and building structures for other companies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Engage in performing structural/pipe blasting and painting on equipment to send on jobs where work is needed.

* Inspect all sandblasting and painting equipment on a daily basis.

* Maintain and clean all sandblasting and painting equipment on a daily basis.

* Maintain work procedures to meet production schedules.

* Maintain work area to ensure a clean work area.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Education and Training High School diploma or equivalent

Experience 3+ years of sandblasting/painting
