******Position Summary******

The Parts Driver is a full-time position that performs a variety of services for Sterling including the pickup and delivery of parts from one dealership to another. Our drivers play an integral part in contributing to the service excellence of Sterling in an efficient, safe, polite and profitable manner. Ongoing responsibilities require the constant professional demeanor and respect to both internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Deliver parts as needed between Sterling and non Sterling dealerships

* Ability to check in parts from freight deliveries.

* Unload and organize parts accurately into the department stock.

* Provides high level service to internal and external customers.

* Maintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.

* Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

* Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.

**Qualifications**

* **Experience with auto parts &/or sales of auto parts in a plus**

* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

* Have strong organizational and time management skills

* Valid driver license and a good driving record

* Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

* Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment

* Professional appearance and work ethic
