The Equipment Operator Trainee is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers.
- The Equipment Operator Trainee is assigned as Helper to support and assist his crew during rig up/down
- equipment operation according to competency level and job requirement
- identification of opportunities to improve service delivery
- assistance of field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations
- ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time; maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations
