CNC Lathe Machine Operator is responsible for the performance of all assigned duties by the Production Manager or Supervisor including producing products according to specifications keeping Safety, Quality and Production as Top Priorities.

• Able to setup and keep machine running
• Proficient in basic math and measurement techniques
• Has a good work ethic
• Ability to read prints and use measuring instruments
• Display a strong desire to learn with initiative and interest
• Ability to get along with others
• Report to work on time
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• 5 years of CNC Lathe Machining experience
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Promotes and maintains company goodwill in all business and personal contacts
