We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team. This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management for departments or facilities.Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies, including local, state, and federal guidelines.Recruit, train, and manage healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance through resource allocation and cost-effective practices.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance patient care quality, safety, and service delivery.Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, health outcomes, and efficiency of care delivery.Analyze and report on performance metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in healthcare services.Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and the community, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as needed.Education & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
