Apply today and join a team that powers progress.Candidates with active MSHA certification and hands-on experience working under MSHA Part 46 or Part 48 regulations are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesAs a Mobile Equipment Technician, you will perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a wide variety of heavy and construction equipment— all while adhering to MSHA safety standards and maintaining a high degree of independent judgment.Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems in compliance with MSHA regulationsApply MSHA safety protocols and best practices on every job site and in every service environmentUse diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issuesDocument services accurately and ensure timely completion of work ordersOrder necessary parts from vendors with precision and accuracyDeliver exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with every interactionQualificationsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment—experience in MSHA-regulated mining or surface operations strongly preferredDemonstrated knowledge of MSHA compliance requirements and the ability to work safely within regulated environmentsHighly developed mechanical background, particularly with various engine types, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems; extensive knowledge of heavy construction equipmentProficiency with diagnostic tools, advanced repair techniques, and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagramsA self‑starter who thrives with minimal supervision and demonstrates strong teamwork in a collaborative shop environmentExcellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindsetOwnership of appropriate tools for the tradeValid driver's license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, DOT physical, and MVR checksAerial equipment experience a plusBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401K Retirement Plan & MatchingHealth Savings AccountPaid Time OffReferral ProgramPosted Salary RangeUSD $35.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.#J-18808-Ljbffr
