We are currently looking for a Construction Safety Specialist with Gulf of Mexico experience.Acadian's Safety Management Systems (SMS) deploys registered paramedics specially trained as remote paramedics, HSE consultants, and on-site safety technicians, as well as offers an extensive array of regulatory and compliance training services.Offshore PositionOffshoreResponsibilitiesProvides expertise and serves as the resource for interpretation of construction regulations resources to contractors and employeesPartner with site managers, contractors, and employees to effectively manage safety and environmental regulatory compliance, conform to corporate policy, and meet the requirements of customers and regulatory agenciesCommunicate company's policies and procedures to contractors and employeesConduct investigations for incidents and injuries. Determine root cause(s) and prepare appropriate corrective actions and documentationEnsure worksite is in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
