We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Sales team and serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rheological, mechanical and chemical tests on rubber materials per standard test methods such as ASTM using a viscometer, rheometer, particle size analyzer, age oven, tensile tester, TGA, DSC, FTIR, etc.Plan and conduct development production tests/trials in coordination with production and planningAnalyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reportsMaintain external certifications and testingPerform operational checks and maintain lab equipment.Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.Support inspection activity for product throughout production cycle.Support efforts to maintain ISO certification and participate in internal and external audits to include regulatory, customer, and supplier audits.Develop and execute testing protocols for new raw materials and products.Effectively communicate with Customers regarding Complaints or New Product requirementsQualificationsMaster's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering1 year of professional work experience in industrial engineering or process improvement in a manufacturing settingWhy Join K-Flex USA?Collaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and trainingStable, well-established organization in a growing industryK-Flex USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
