Care CoordinatorThe Care Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees.Hours: 8:30 a-4:30 p Monday-FridayCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay ($15.00-$18.00 an hour)Medical benefits, including vision and dental401(k) retirement planA great working cultureResponsibilitiesCare Coordinators hold the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients.Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.Maintains documentation of work-related activities utilizing software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to relate to clients and care staff in a way that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.Prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting is required.Care Coordinators are able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.Comprehensive understanding of office and computer skills and organizational abilities.
