Bring your energy to Aggreko as Afterhours Logistics Supervisor based in New Iberia. You'll provide dedicated leadership, operational oversight, and decision-making guidance to improve responsiveness, customer service, and overall efficiency of afterhours logistics operations.Power without pause.Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you'll do as Afterhours Logistics Supervisor:* Afterhours Logistics Team Leadership and Support - Lead and support afterhours staff to ensure accountability, responsiveness, and high performance.* Afterhours Logistics Operational Oversight - Oversee afterhours logistics operations to maintain service continuity and meet SLAs.* Process Improvement and Compliance - Drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.* Communication and Coordination - Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth shift transitions.* Training and Development - Train, coach, and develop staff to strengthen performance and operational readiness.You are:* Strong understanding of dispatching, scheduling and freight management* Ability to make quick sound decisions in high-pressure situations* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Experience working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment* Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)* Experience in Logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations* Afterhours schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, and/or rotation as required)* On-call availability for escalations* May require schedule flexibility based on business needsHere's what you'll get:* Competitive Salary* Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance* No premium cost medical plan option available* Company provided Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability* Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement* Safety-focused cultureOur people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
