Location: Acadian Point Apartments
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5PM (no weekends no evenings, paid holidays!)
Pay: $14-15 an hour + up to $750 bonus every 3 months!

Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Performs all work under safety procedures in the Safety Program and within the standards set by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act).
Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas to include but not limited to dumpster areas, driveways, parking lots, curbs, exterior hallways, playgrounds, sport courts when applicable.
Spring cleanup including but limited to flower beds, planting flowers, raking, aerating, fertilizing in accordance with local laws and weed control.
Fall cleanup including but not limited to leaf rake up and flowerbed preparation.
Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming.
Performs tasks to assist maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, inspections.
Issues pet violation notices in accordance with MIMG policy (when applicable).
Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Treats all employees and residents in a courteous manner at all times.
Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Supervisor and/or PM.
Reports unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or the residents to the PM Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
General knowledge of light maintenance, organization and cleaning practices
Ability to safely operate landscape equipment
Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) compliance or willing to learn within 15/days
General irrigation knowledge or willing to learn preferred
Team player, understanding of customer service, and a sense of professionalism
