Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Associates:

  • Deliver a fantastic dining experience to our Guests by greeting them, serving delicious food, and managing payments accurately.
  • Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and a welcoming appearance.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment, rotating through different positions such as Front Counter, Drive Thru, or Kitchen as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive setting.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and supportive team member
  • Previous operations experience is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, at the candidate's expense

Working Environment:

The workspace can be hot, with steam from cooking equipment, and employees are usually required to stand for extended periods. You will be responsible for preparing both hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Employees must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach across counter tops at a height of 36 inches to serve customers. This environment can be loud with high noise levels, and storage space is limited.
